Lani's twin swimming pools are situated in a relaxing setting (with all amenities close by). Lani's BBQ's are always kept clean and tidy for patrons to use all year round. Nice quiet settings for large or small groups. Canoe the many waterways that surround this beautiful unspoilt island, or bring your boat and drop it in off our natural boat ramp it's as simple as that.
No need to get in the car to pop to the shops for groceries Lani's shop will have it, if not... shops are only 10mins walk away. The Games Room keeps the kids on site and safe.
The twin towns of Foster and Tuncurry are a busting commercial centre, located approximately 300km north of Sydney on the mid north coast of NSW. Foster and Tuncurry are connected by a bridge over the entrance to Wallis Lake and the Foster region. Wallis Lake and the Pacific Palms area combine to provide a wealth of attractions and activities to enjoy. Wallis and Smith Lakes is the largest oyster producing areas in New South Wales.
Smith Lake is ideal for the whole family with warm calm water. A modern boat harbour at Foster adjacent to the entrance of Wallis Lake adds to its popularity. Things to do in the area include, visiting Booti Booti National Park, just 10km from Foster, which has a dramatic range of scenery from tropical rainforest to beaches, surfing and lake activities as well as numerous art and craft galleries. Fisherman flock to this area for deep sea, beach, rock, lake and spear fishing. Scuba diving and snorkeling attracts visitors year round.
Foster has two golf courses, lawn bowls and offers excellent scuba diving and fishing. Nine Mile Beach, which stretches from Tuncurry to Halliday's Point is excellent for surfing and offers 4WD access. One Mile and Burgess Beaches are also a must for visitors.
And last but not least, Forster offers one of the best Holiday Island's around Australia - the name of that park is "Lanis Holiday Island" of course!
